First off, I'd like to thank you for joining. As I've asked all members to do, I'm going to start off with an introductory post about myself.
My name is Rachele.
My goal is to get down to a healthy weight of 150. Hopefully I'll be able to get there by the end of this year.
I started at 188 pounds and now currently weigh 181 pounds, so I've got 31 more to go!
I've been at it for four weeks, and I've definitely had my ups and downs, so I started this community as sort of a support group and to help others achieve their weight goals and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
I'm going to try to post weekly diet and exercise tips for those who are looking for some help.
